Toothache Relief – The Holistic Way

Toothaches can range from mild discomfort to intense, throbbing pain. While it’s always important to consult a dentist for serious or prolonged issues, there are holistic techniques you can try to ease the discomfort in the meantime.

🪥 Natural Relief Methods

  • Clove or Clove Oil: Place a whole clove near the affected area. For stronger effect, apply a drop of clove oil — but cautiously, as it has a strong, spicy taste.
  • Peppermint Oil: A few drops applied externally on the cheek may help numb pain for short periods.
  • Salt Water Rinse: Dissolve salt in warm water and rinse to cleanse and reduce inflammation.
  • Cold Compress: Apply to the outer cheek to reduce swelling and numb the area.
  • Acupressure (LI4 Point): Massage the area between your thumb and index finger for pain relief.

Note: These are temporary solutions. Please seek dental care for persistent or recurring pain.
